OUR 21 Slim Fitness TOP TIPS

 

1. Aim to be a healthy weight.

2. Sit less, be active throughout the day and exercise when you can.

3. Drink plenty of water.

4. Increase your vegetable intake.

5. STOP and consider whether you are really hungry before you eat.

6. Don’t use food to de-stress or as a reward.

7. Control portions and use a small plate.

8. Be calorie-wise.

9. Read food labels.

10. Reduce alcohol consumption.

11. Stick to a regular meal pattern of 3 meals a day.

12. Eat lean protein with every meal and eat more fish.

13. Choose wholegrain and high fibre carbohydrates.

14. Reduce sugar and salt intake.

15. Be choosy about snacks, especially in the evening.

16. Don’t deprive yourself of your favourite food but enjoy treats in moderation.
