WEIGHT

We are aiming for a healthy BMI of 18.5-25.

 

WAIST

We are aiming for a measurement below 80cm (31.5 inches) if you're a woman.

 

WORKOUT

We are aiming to do 150 minutes of exercise per week.

NEW CLASSES

 

New classes now opening in Cheltenham, Gloucester and Stroud this September.

Classes are closed in August and will all be open from Monday 7th September.
